Don't shake, I hate to see you tremble.

Sept. holidays are here. No time to slack though.
I need to pull up my socks & start mugging. Have been thinking lately, maybe I should stop using the com until the end of EOY? Hmmm I should give it a try, its for my own good anyways.

    Nothing much went on today.
Woke up around noon time & rushed to finish up tuition hmwk (I was supposed to wake up at 8:30. Argh.).
Physics tuition at 5:30, ended around 7:30. Went through TYS, helpful to a certain extent though. See what happens when you don't listen in class, Dee?
Anyways, had chicken rice for dinner. Haven't had it in weeks. Kinda unhealthy though but what the heck.

Gonna finish up maths holiday hmwk & then go watch tv.
Soccer at 10am tmrw & gym training at 4pm.
    Stoked? Kinda.
    I need the exercise anyways.

to all my tears & lost hopes.
    As thoughts of uncertainty,
are those that I can't cope."

    That Green Gentlemen.

Eh oh wassuppzxc friendly kahoonies! [:
As you can tell (or not), I'm in a happy mood today.
Had a pretty good day so far (& its Teacher's Day too, wow).

Anyways, school ended early today due to T.Day. Our(12th&hyde's) set received good feedbacks from a couple of peeps in school, which came as a surprise because we didn't thought it was that good of a fantastic performance. Besides, the song was slightly irrelevent (Imagine performing FFAF on T.Day.). I wonder what the teachers think though....
Random Play's set sounded pretty good from the the amount of applause & cheers coming from the crowd but then again, it would be entertaining if you have Mr Aaron Tay as a lead singer. [:
Black Rhythm's set was okay. Things were a little messy but it turned alright. Brenda (the keyboardist/pianist) was really good, I must say.
But I guess the band which got the most crowd support would most prolly be Rachel's band which consist of Lenny & Shawn. They did a cover of Jason Mraz's I'm Yours. Their set oddly reminds me of Mraz's set at SingFest though, not that its a bad thing.
After that was a chinese skit done by the Drama club. Was well done, even though I didn't catch what the skit portrays. But I bet they put in a lot of effort into doing it.
Next was the performance by the Modern Dance Club. Pretty well synchronised dance steps which caused hearty nose-bleeds for some guys (I shan't say who).
NCC's rifle-spining/throwing/switching/etc performance was okay. Some of them dropped their rifles. But I'm sure they were nervous that's all.

Didn't catch what happened afterwards, only that we have to go back class for announcements/holiday homeworks/etc.
Went to Prata House with Weijie, Veron, Fiona & Jaz for lunch. Royson joined us afterwards. Had a heavy lunch I must say. My bill came up to $10.10, can you believe that? Food prices are rising faster than I thought. Hmmm time to lose weight & cut down on food, Dee. You're gaining unwanted weight too.

Anyways, headed towards to Bishan Park to work on the History video project about Hitler & what ya know, I got chosen to be Hitler. According to Veron, I 'look' like Hitler. Thanks uh, Ham. Haha.
So, I combed my hair to a side-parting, wore some colar shirt & got that trademark moustache drawn onto my face. Gyea, go ahead & laugh your hearts out. Roy played a Jew, Fiona played one of my 'secret police' & Veron was the director/camera-woman. They played Hitler's supporters in the last part of the video. Gyea, notice the irony.
Jaz & Weijie helped out by filming some parts & contributing ideas respectively. Thanks much guys, you guys have been very helpful indeed.

Speaking of Weijie, she is of small proportions as you might know (or not). But guess what, she managed to pluck down some leaves from a tree that's at least a body taller than her! & she was so so happy that she started waving the plucked stem of leaves to us & that really cracked us up.

You're real adorable luh, Chen Weijie. Thanks for cheering me up today too. :DD

Dinner was awesome-o today. (Thanks mum.)
Household's a lot quiet today than it was yesterday.
At least its peaceful for now.

    "For the briefest of moments,
    my heart crashed & burned.
It was when they flashed that grin,
the kind that could kill & hurt.

    Be my sunshine,
like a calm after the storm.
    Light up my dark skies,
You are what I long for."

When all we know is falling.

    They're falling apart. Honestly.
As much as I hated him for doing what he did, he had already apologised.
But she just can't forget the scars he gave her. I mean, I can't really blame a woman to hold such a grudge but she has to learn to forgive & forget.
Its pretty hard to live life as per normal when they quarrel every few days & things tend to get violent more often than never. Not that I hate this family, its just not the same household I used to know.
Gramps' pretty much torned as they blame themselves for not being able to do much to stop fights & needed me to do so, even those times when weapons were involved. Its pretty much heart-wrenching to see your loved ones fight & you can only do this much to contribute to the stoppage of these unwanted violence & hatred. Really.

    "Watching them quarrel,
like bullets spewled across a battlefield.
While I'm caught in this plaintive crossfire,
I guess they didn't care much about how I really feel."

    Wednesday 27 August 2008

Sheesh, I'm darn full after just having my dinner.
I sure can't get enough of my mum's cooking.
Currently doing Chem TYS hmwk from tuition while enjoying a nice bottle of Bundeberg & anyone who drank Bunde before would agree with me that its the best root beer evaaaaaaaaa. That's how good it is but my mum thinks I should cut down on it.
Looks like I have to disobey my mum on this one.

Anyways, Teacher's Day rehearsal today was so-so. It was pretty messy but I must say everyone put in a lot of effort into organising the whole concert. The bands did well enough I guess & had some good feedbacks from other people. At least now its clear the concert 2 days from now would be entertaining enough.

Tmrw's the Telematches the school organised & I'm involved in the Sarong Race.
Come to think of it, it might be fun.
But I'll see how it goes tmrw.
Oh, there might be M1 Tens this Saturday. Reckon much players would be interested in playing.

Where were you when I needed you the most?

    Children of Bo(re)dom.

    Eh oh wassupzxc friendly kahoonies.
Today wasn't much of an exciting day, nothing much to talk about.
But I'll blog about it anyways.

Okay, I woke up around 5-5:15 this morning, only to fall asleep again & not waking up until 6. (I slept at 12+ this morning so you can't blame me okayyyyyyyyy.)
So I rushed myself to get ready for school & ate my breakfast. Luckily my mum gave me a ride to school or I would've been late. Thank God I've such an awesome-o mum. [:

So anyways, I realised during morning assembly that half of my class didn't turn up for school today. My guesses are its because of the Amazing Race yesterday. But most of them turned up anyways after morning assembly, so what the heck.
I swear I could've slept through the whole day's lessons. My eyes were heavy & I've a major headache. But 1st lesson was Mr Song's lesson & trust me, you couldn't sleep even if you tried to.
Next lesson was Mrs Han's math lesson so I caught a short nap before having her wake me up to answer some questions. (Arghs.)
Then it was Chem lesson with Mr Tan (Moans). Okay, he's not a bad teacher but the way he talks can really put you to sleep but luckily I pulled through his lessons.
After recess was Mdm Gay's lesson. Although its kinda hard to believe but I'm starting to find her lessons more interesting & thus, I didn't fall asleep, which is a good thing as I really need to start listening in her class.
PC lesson isn't much to talk about since Miss Wong had to invigilate the sec4s' prelims. So, we did our own stuffs & I was playing Game Boy out of all things. Okay, I admit I'm too old-skool but that was all I could do, I wasn't in the mood of doing hmwk neither.

Went jamming with Random Play after school at Olando since there's Teacher's Day rehearsal tmrw. It was okay, at least it killed sometime. I really hope I don't screw up the song or anything, it'll be darn embarrassing I tell ya. Although I'm more worried about other stuffs....
Headed home afterwards & now I'm waiting for maths/sciences tuition to start.
Hmmm, I'm hungry. Time for dinner.

    Adios amigos.

    From First To Last.

    Wah-wah-wee-wah.
What ya know, I just created a new blog.
Oh well, might as well start of by describing my day.

Nothing much in school today, actually.
Lessons got cut short due to 'The Amazing Race' programme oraganised by the school.
You have to go around S'pore & find out more about our country's past fyi.

It was kinda fun although my uniform was soaked by the end of the whole thing.
We did all sorts of stuffs from running from places to places & taking pictures to voicing out our thought about our country to random passers-by.

The only highlight of the whole thing was when my group was running towards one checkpoint & half of the group stopped because they saw MacDonalds. Gyea, you can tell how tired & hungry everyone was. (It occured in the CBD area & we came all the way from Kranji, go figure.)

Anyways, we were released at The Padang & we had to go home on our own. Can you believe that? I mean, we're all dead beat from all the running (& not to mention screaming) & they expect us to go home on our own? At least give us a ride back to school or smth, its wayyyyyyy better than stepping onto a public transport all sticky & smelly and with everyone staring at you.

Well, I got home & got ready for tuition & hell, I couldn't even concentrate. Hmmm maybe I should consider not going school tmrw?
Anyways, I'm gonna finish up on some tuition hmwk & I'm off to bed.

    So long & goodnight.
